Common Problems:
1. Camera has stopped
- It is possible that you can get the “Unfortunately, Camera has stopped” error, if you are using the camera for a long period of time.
2. Camera black screen
- Try to use the rear camera the display turns black, nothing on the screen, only the options.
3. Photo stripes
- When the camera is taking pictures, there are white stripes on the photo.
How to solve?
1. Camera has stopped
- Press and hold the Power button to activate Safe Mode, where all third-party apps are disabled so we can detect the problem is with third-party app or other.
- You will see different Power option on your screen, then press and hold the Power Off option continuously.
- As soon as the device opens in Safe Mode, check whether the camera works or not. If the camera works perfectly fine then third-party app may be causing error in the camera. So try uninstalling the recently downloaded app and see whether the error is fixed or not.
2. Camera black screen
- This may be a camera application cache problem.
- Clear the Camera cache in the settings>Application>camera. Then clear the whole Application Cache in Settings>Storage and memory>internal memory>(swipe down to) Clear the shared application memory.
3. Photo stripes
- First, look at the scratches on the back cover lens glass or camera lens. If only the rear cover lens glass, only need to change the rear cover lens glass.

Tips for replacement:
1. Before installing the new camera, you need to clean up the original adhesive.
2. Afresh disassemble the original adhesive will lose best viscidity, so you need to care about whether the adhesive is installed into precise place.
3. Test before you put on the new adhesive.
Tips
-Highly recommend professional installation.
-Repair tools needed: Philips screwdriver, suction cup, guitar pick, spudger and tweezers.
-Must-have items needed to finish the installation: back cover adhesive sticker.
How to replace
Step 1. Power off your phone.
Step 2. Heat up the top and bottom of the back cover.
Step 3. Use the suction cup to open a gap.
Step 4. Insert the guitar pick to enlarge the gap.
Step 5. Slide the guitar picks along the sides slowly and carefully.
Step 6. Remove the back cover.
Attention: Do not insert the guitar pick exceeding 3mm to avoid breaking the underlying flex.
Step 7. Undo the Phillips screws fastening on the motherboard.
Step 8. Remove the black bracket.
Step 9. Release the rear camera connector.
Step 10. Remove the rear camera.
