How to solve?
1. Ghost Touch
- Use the Xperia Diagnostics application to carry out a quick test to check the touch screen functionality. Xperia Diagnostics can assess potential hardware or software issues on your Xperia device.
a. Find and tap Settings > System > About phone > Diagnostics.
b. Swipe to the TEST tab and select a test from the list.
Follow the instructions and tap YES or NO to confirm if the feature works.

2. Touch screen not working
