Common problems:
1. Ghost Touch

How to solve?
1. Ghost Touch
- Sometimes a screen protector film would get tiny piece of dirt stuck under it, which cause the ghost touch issue. Remove it and clean your screen thoroughly then replace a new screen protector film.
- If your phone is dropped in the water or splashed with the water, and then the touch not working, which is call “water damage”, you need to disassemble the phone and package the parts with dry newspapers or cloth, and then keep it in uncooked rice for about 24-48 hours, then reinstall the phone.
2. Black Screen
- Turn off your phone. Then take out the SIM card and reinsert your SIM Card, see whether the problem has been solved.
3. White Screen Display Problem
- That's a kind of hardware defects comes from the factory. Send it to the service center and ask for help.
4. Touch screen not working
-Sometimes the screen flickering problem can be fixed by Sony official software, but if there’s no official solution for it, you can also try reconnect the screen flex cable, cause the flex cable may be loosen when accidentally drop or hit.

Tips for replacement:
1. Take out the SIM card tray before the repair to prevent damage the motherboard.
2. Before installing the new lcd screen, you need to clean up the original adhesive.
3. The original lcd screen comes with plastic film, remove the plastic film before install.
4. Get a new adhesive once you did not put adhesive on the right position, otherwise it would lose stickiness.
5. If the worn screen is broken, you can put the adhesive tape on the broken screen to avoid the screen fragments falling on the motherboard during fix.
