How to solve?
1. Screen Flickering/Burning/Ghost touch
- Try reconnect the screen flex cable, causing the flex cable may be loosen when accidentally drop or hit.
- Try powering off when charging as possible as you can, or power off a while and let it take a rest, then turn on.
2. Screen not working/Touch screen doesn’t react to touch
- Wipe the screen with a clean and dry cloth to make sure that your touch screen is clean. Make sure that your hands and fingers are clean and dry before using the touch screen.
- If the Xperia X gets too hot, the touch functionality may be affected. Let it cool off and then try using the touch screen again.
- Remove any protective case or cover from your Sony Xperia X to verify it's not interfering with the touch screen.
3. Display color degradation/Washed out screen
-Screen flex ribbon damaged, the display was squeezed by something accidentally which break the internal parts in the LCD.
-However, if the methods above can’t fix the screen problem, then you should turn to the hardware solution: change a new screen.
4. Screen broken/cracked
