How to replace
Step 1 Power off the phone.
Step 2 remove the SIM card tray with specialized eject pin.
Step 3 Use the eject pin to open a gap and insert the guitar picks to enlarge the gap.
Step 4 Slide the guitar picks along the sides slowly and carefully.
Step 5 Remove the back cover.
Step 6 Remove the power button and battery connector protector.
Step 7 Release the side button and battery flex cable.
Step 8 Unscrew the 18screws with T3screwdriver.
Step 9 Separate the front panel assembly and middle housing assembly.
Step 10 Release the LCD screen connector carefully by spudger.
Step 11 Release the touch screen connector and loosen the adhesive underneath by spudger.
Step 12 Pry up the motherboard from bottom side and remove it.
Step 13 This is the Motorola X 2014 LCD screen which comes with bezel frame together.
