Make sure your device is power off before you begin.
Remove the back cover by spudger. Then remove the SIM card and card slot.
Next take your small Phillips Screwdriver to remove the six screws securing the back supporting frame and the four screws securing the loudspeaker. Then pry off the back housing frame by starting at the audio jack. See figure below for screws.
Remove the battery, when doing this you should peel up the connectors of charging port flex cable and the battery firstly. Friendly reminder: you may need big strength for there are some adhesive under the battery.
Pry off the loudspeaker starting right at the middle of the bottom of the phone, this will allow you to remove easily without breaking the cable. Then pry off the charging port flex cable gently. Be cautious not to damage when removing because it is held down with some adhesive you will have to peel up.
Disconnect all the connectors on the motherboard, and then remove the motherboard and back camera. The specific connectors can be found in the pictures below.
Remove the headphone jack, earphone and the front facing camera. Take out the two RF and finish the assembling.
