6. Remove the loudspeaker and release the connectors of LCD screen with digitizer.
Using a tweezers you can pry up the loudspeaker quickly. After removing it, you will see three connectors including main flex cable connector, LCD connector and digitizer connector which overlap. You need to release these connectors by a spudger tool carefully.
7. Separate the LCD screen with digitizer from the LCD supporting frame.
Heat up the edges for melting adhesive.
Put a suction cup on the bottom of the LCD screen. And pull the suction with some efforts.
Separate the LCD with digitize from the LCD supporting frame under the help of a spudger tool.
Push out the flex cables of LCD screen and digitizer. Then you can remove the LCD with digitizer successfully.
